This depends on the apprenticeship position and the school.
The requirements vary depending on the apprenticeship and are described in brief in the job posting. In general, we require from you good academic results, the ability to work independently, commitment, creativity and, of course, team spirit.
An apprenticeship lasts between two and three and a half years, depending on the intended career. It will be specified in the relevant job posting.
In general, you should submit an application about 12 months before the start of the apprenticeship. However, if you still see a job advertised after this time, this means you can still apply for it later than this deadline.
In order to join us as a working student, bachelor’s/master’s degree candidate, dual student or intern, you must be enrolled at a higher education institution or university. The one exception is the voluntary internship – you do not need to be enrolled at school for this.
Yes, we are also happy to accept voluntary interns. In this case, however, the duration of the internship can be at most three months.
You will of course be remunerated with us even if you are a student because we get the benefit of your specialist knowledge and your work.
In total, up to 20 hours per week are possible during student employment. During semester breaks, you can work more than 20 hours per week under certain conditions. The respective time allocation is determined directly with the responsible manager.
The size of the team will depend on the business unit. In general, each team has a team leader who reports to the Head or Director of their business unit.

Our work model is based on hybrid working. Depending on the position and employment contract, our employees have the option to work remotely or hybrid.

We have a flextime model with core hours from 10 am - 3 pm. Before and after that, you can organize your working hours individually.
